​At Global Electronics, we are committed to ensuring you have the best shopping experience. If you receive an order that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, our 7-day return policy has you covered.​
Return Window:
​You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unused and with all original tags attached.

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Acceptable Return Reasons:
​We accept returns under the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective: The product arrived broken or is not functioning.
Incorrect Item: You received a product different from what you ordered.
Exception for Change of Mind:

We understand that plans change. We accept "Change of Mind" returns under the following strict conditions:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Approval: Refunds are subject to physical inspection upon receipt at our warehouse.
Note: Please contact us if you wish to return an item for other reasons , as these are subject to approval and may not be covered under standard policy.
​Proof for Damage/Incorrect Items:
To help us resolve your claim quickly, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package. This serves as the best proof if an item is missing or damaged.

Recommended Video Guidelines:

Show the unopened package with the shipping label visible before cutting the seal.

Record the complete unboxing process in one continuous shot (no cuts or edits).

Clearly show the damaged or incorrect product.
Submission: Please email this video to info@globalelectronics.in within 7 days of delivery.
Note: While a video is not strictly mandatory, failure to provide one may significantly delay the investigation and processing of your claim.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Consumables (items intended to be used up).

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees:​

Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), Global Electronics will cover the return shipping costs.

Customer Remorse: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.
Exchange Policy:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a separate order for the new item.

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Late Refunds: Processing times vary by bank. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.​
