  • Processing Time: The time it takes for our team to pick, pack, and hand your order over to our logistics partner.

  • Transit Time: The time it takes for the delivery partner to transport the package from our facility to your delivery address.

  • Total Delivery Time: Processing Time + Transit Time.

 

Shipping Options & Costs:

 

All available shipping options and their respective rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products in your cart and your location.

A. Standard Shipping (Pan-India)

  • Carriers: We utilize trusted partners such as Shiprocket and Envia.

  • Processing Time: 0-3 Business Days.

    • Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed and dispatched the same day.

    • Standard: Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends/holidays are processed within the next 1-3 business days.

  • Transit Time: Estimated 3-4 Business Days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 3 to 7 Business Days.

 

B. Hyperlocal Delivery (Chennai Only)

  • Availability: Available strictly for selected pincodes within Chennai.

  • Details: This option will appear at checkout if your pincode is eligible. Rates are calculated based on distance and provider availability.

C. In-Store Pickup

 

You can skip shipping costs by picking up your order directly from our store.

  • Pickup Location: Global Electronics (Chennai).

  • Business Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM IST.

  • Procedure: Please wait for a "Ready for Pickup" email notification before arriving at the store.

 

Order Tracking:

 

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. This email will contain:

  • Your Tracking Number.

  • A link to track the status of your package on the courier’s website.

 

Shipping Rates & Promotions

  • Calculated Rates: Shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order and the destination pincode.

  • Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping for orders exceeding a specific value. Current offers will be displayed on the website or applied via coupon codes. If not explicitly stated, standard rates apply.

 

Delays & Issues:

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the carrier.

 

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery:

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • We cannot be held responsible for lost or returned orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned after failed delivery attempts, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for reshipment.
